Hello Everyone.
Well it doesn't take long to get back into the swing of things after a holiday does it?. I did have a great time apart from a slight run in with a patio door that had an edge that felt like a knife! I really thought I would be coming home with only nine toes. Fortunately, there was a GP in our group and she was able to help. I have been to Cuba quite a few times now. I love it there. We spent a few days in Havanna and a ew days in Varadero.. The whole place feels like it is still stuck in the 1950's but this will change eventually now that the embargo has lifted. I don't drink alcohol BUT there is a place in Havanna that sells the most delicious drink in the world! Freshly pressed sugar cane syrup and Havanna Club! Yum!
Today's card was made for a friend to give to a fellow crafter. The giver makes superb quilts, black work, sewing, quilling etc and the recipient does all of the above but also makes exquisite miniatures using the boxes from hotels that display teabags, fimo, couscous. See her work I posted here. I hope she liked it

We're all crafting!

Can you spot the deliberate mistake!! "The wild parties..." should read "the wild parties..." I hadn't realised until after I'd given it away and looked at photographs

  4. Well Karen, I have to say that it's just the same in the 70's, and I should know ha ha.
Brilliant card, but it's from a CD rom, and I'm a technophobe!!! (so much so that I can't even spell it)
