Today's challenge is all about Spots and/or Stripes. Why not take a look at Craft Rocket challenges here and join in if you can. I'd love to see your work being showcased. I decided to use a Birthday card I made for my great-niece. She is 17 and I was a little unsure what to make. I'd gone down the shopping/shoes/music route previously. So I made this. I think she'll like it as it is quite classy and "does what it says on the tin" I simply matted the patterned card onto black card. Cut the mannequin twice, once in kraft card and once in a smaller pattern of the background design and snipped off the dress and placed on top of the kraft card mannequin. I personalised the inside with a simple message to her
Ingredients
5x7 card blank
black cardstock
Kraft card
Patterned card created in Serif
X-cut Sewing die
Presscut by Crafts to "Happy Birthday"
black bling
