Card for a fellow crafter

Hello Everyone Thank you for popping in. I do appreciate it and value your feedback. So where is our summer? I cannot believe we are now in June. It has been so cold.
As you know my GC died and later today I hope to be "playing" on my new Platinum. As I probably said before I went for this machine because of its size - A4, requires less cranks of the handle, has a more even pressure, therefore cuts more often in one pass and later in the year, Spellbinders are bringing out a motor - but you all know that. I will let you know how I get on.
Little Oscar is thriving, when I've downloaded the photos from my camera and worked out how to get them off "WhatsApp" I will start a "Nanny's Bragging Book" and post some snaps of him. Talking of which I treated myself to some Terial-Magic and want to design, print, stitch my own cover for this book. The only one I've seen for sale (that I like) is in pink! Again, I'll let you know how I get on.

Today's card is a variation of one I have made previously for friend's birthday who makes the most exquisite quilts. It is a shaker card, using safety pins, beads, press studs etc. I designed the papers on Serif to fit one of the Spellbinder Large Square dies. I even created "stitch" lines in Serif

Ingredients
8x8" card blank
CE Foundation card stock in blue and black glossy card
Acetate
Silver mirri card
Card made form "material" in Serif
EF - can't remember the name
X Cut Sewing dies
Spellbinders Large Square dies
Tonic Circle dies
